Day 9 I"M ALIVE!!!

Feeling a bit better!!!

Hoping to buy me a jump rope and stop watch today! Going to go get ready as the house is being shown at 12pm and then I'm hoping to go get my stuff!!!

I have noticed the first 3 days of my woman's disease lol.... I am not drinking enough water... so I need to address that situation... not sure why i got knocked sideways because it usually is just the first day but maybe it's because I've changed my eating habits?

Anyway, 1 hr walk to do... and WOD then endurance!

Feel like I have failed cause of getting off track with WOD... but I can't be too hard on myself... If you don't feel good you don't feel good!

In bed most of the day!!!! the last three days have been terrible.... so with out going into detail...

I will just say.... no appetite

two eggs, 2 cups broth, 1 steak... that's all I could manage!!!

Day 7 10 Aug 2010

I've lost 2lbs in the first week!! and guess what ... I'm on...  it's so strange... the first 2-3 days I am barely hungry.... well that's how it goes...


woke up and it was really cold... so I had a cuppa beef broth
Even tho i'm on ... I am totally WOD today and working out hard!!!

Or not... let me tell you this... I was in agony all day... my legs were aching terrible!!! I took pills and they nearly took the edge off!!

Couldn't eat anything! However managed to stuff some eggs down my neck... lets see what tomorrow brings

Day 6 09 Aug 2010

I am 2lbs lighter!!! Continuing to conquer this!!!

I fasted until 12:30pm... wasn't too hungry...


I have catch up today! 2 WOD's and didn't walk this morning...

B: beef,turkey,gammon,1 sausage/1-2 cups leeks & cabbage / 1 slim line tonic water

My appetite has really gone and I'm aching a lot...

I only managed to do 50 lunges before I had to quit...

I also have been really irritable so I know exactly what's going on!!! The once a month womanly thing is approaching...

The rest of the day I just had two 3 egg omlettes and a cup of beef broth...

not a happy camper!

Day 5 08 August 2010

I finally got a good nights sleep!!!! I feel refreshed! Was suppose to get up early at 3am but that didn't happen!!! Way to sleepy.


Anyway, just going to wake up a little bit more... get ready to do my 1hr morning walk...

I wasn't very hungry yesterday... and missed my WOD... legs are really sore!

I ate lots of eggs yesterday... thats all I remember and I didn't have anything I wasn't suppose too...


Today was a blur!

Day 4 tirrrreeed

Right no morning hr walk. Going to clean the house and then do my wod for the day. Had a huge clean clean clean spree... Finished that now... just ate my third meal and in an hour will be doing my wod

10 burpees
20 situps
30 push ups
40 air squats

Completed one end in 4:30 mins then next I dud only 5,10,20,30 I was so spent! So I decided to do 4 to 5 rounds of 20 push up 20 sit-up 20 star jumps/ air squats . Then 60 sit-ups some where in there and then back to the 20,20,20 and I then ended with ten star jumps! F to the king! My legs are jelly! Had to axe the bind ride as I have to be somewhere at 3 in the morning so I'm trying to go to sleep like twenty mins ago! Lol I WILL BIKE DAMMIT!

Day 3 oops!

So we were out and about all day yesterday and. Did so well eating! Except when we got a phone call to go over to our friends house. Their son is really ill and has been on hospital for months. So I didn't want to upset my fragile host when we ate dinner. I had chicken curry which was not the problem! It was the rice! I had like six or seven tablespoons and then was served a piece of nan bread the size of my palm. I know I know but I was not about to upset my friends. They have been thru so much!
So I have been praying that their son gets well and hopefully doesn't need a liver transplant and gets well! also there are other things gong on but I'm not going to post that info but it's not good!

I didn't even get to exercise becuz of being out till 3am but to be honest my whole body is soooorrrreeee! However I'll be back on track on sat!

DAy 2 05 August 2010... TIRED!

O to the M to the G! Bad sleep again!!! I even went to bed early just to find out I would be tossing nad turning for two hours and then wake up every hour!!! Next time I'm just going to stay up!!!

It rained yesterday as well and it was cold ... so I didn't bike... hoping to today!

Going to go get dressed and do 1hr's walk... then later my WOD

70 Burpees, 60 situps, 50 air squats, 40 box jumps, 30 handstand push ups

Water intake so far 1.5 litres

B: 4-6oz (not really sure just guessed (hand full) :) ) black pud and 1/2 cup cabbage... couldn't eat a c
S: small piece of Black pud and c beef broth
L:Doner meat/ c kale / bit of chili sauce/ tps extra v olive oil

My head hurts and I nearly puked!!!

NO to the handstand pushups!!! lol couldn't even do 1 so I opted for modified pushups.. 20

burpees are murder!!! and straight into freaking situps... my abs were on fire!!

i did time myself...25 mins... I feel like a fat lard!!!

Right... going to rest... I want to ride my bike like 10 miles but i'm hoping to feel better...lol

Day 1 04 Aug 2010

Right so eventually I got to my 1 hr walk in the morning that turned into an afternoon walk! Woke up and from then on emails, calls....blah blah blah! All of that for school... grrr!

So walked for an 1hr ... couldn't tell you how far I went miles wise... just walked 30 mins out form the house and then back...

so far I have drank 1.5 litres of water aka 52.7 oz

Going to look up an Endurance WOD that I may do later depending on how my xfit workout goes... I mean I have been working out for the last few months but I honestly think crossfit is gonna kick my Arse!

OMG did my WOD 10 to 1 rep dips & pushups... in 8:16.50... It did kick my butt! I can do regular push ups but not more than ten at a time... will need to work on this... as I had to revert to modified push ups but made sure my last one was a reg push up.

Weather permitted I may do an Endurance WOD... like 10 mile bike ride we'll see.

Right so...

Preparing for Crossfit

Tomorrow is officially my Day 1 on Crossfit. It's a bit overwhelming doing all the research and what not but I'm always bound and determined to get to my desired result...

I've got a list for the first three days for what I will be doing on each day ... I will post accordingly.

Food wise I am eating Paleo!
