Here is the low down on how I am eating...

This is based on me and my findings for myself this does not mean that it will work for everyone...

Lets start with the No's...

NO sugar
NO Caffeine
NO fruit
NO bread, 
NO pasta, 
NO grains, 
NO starchy vegetables
NO dairy products 
NO Do not eat nuts or seeds  
NO chickpeas, kidney beans and other legumes, 

All these bloat me to death!!!

Right now we can get to the goodness of it!!

YES poultry
YES fish, 
YES shellfish
YES eggs 
YES red meat
YES olive oil, Flaxseed Oil
YES to select Veg low GI



64oz minimum of water





I'll be eating this way until I lose 1/2 of my weight that I want to lose!!! Then I'll change it up!
