Crossfit Work Outs

August 4th 2010:

AM: 1 hour walk in morning on empty stomach....

PM: 10 to 1 reps dips and push ups

*** figured I'd start a bit easy as I don't know my own strength and not sure where I will be.

August 5th 2010:

AM: 1 hr walk on empty stomach

PM: 70 Burpees, 60 situps, 50 air squats, 40 box jumps, 30 handstand push ups
