DAy 2 05 August 2010... TIRED!

O to the M to the G! Bad sleep again!!! I even went to bed early just to find out I would be tossing nad turning for two hours and then wake up every hour!!! Next time I'm just going to stay up!!!

It rained yesterday as well and it was cold ... so I didn't bike... hoping to today!

Going to go get dressed and do 1hr's walk... then later my WOD

70 Burpees, 60 situps, 50 air squats, 40 box jumps, 30 handstand push ups

Water intake so far 1.5 litres

B: 4-6oz (not really sure just guessed (hand full) :) ) black pud and 1/2 cup cabbage... couldn't eat a c
S: small piece of Black pud and c beef broth
L:Doner meat/ c kale / bit of chili sauce/ tps extra v olive oil
S:black pud and c beef broth
D:sm Ckn breast/c kale/ 1am portabella mushroom

My head hurts and I nearly puked!!!

WOD ended up
40 burpees
30 situps
50 air squats
40 bench jumps lol (box jumps)
NO to the handstand pushups!!! lol couldn't even do 1 so I opted for modified pushups.. 20

burpees are murder!!! and straight into freaking situps... my abs were on fire!!

i did time myself...25 mins... I feel like a fat lard!!!

Right... going to rest... I want to ride my bike like 10 miles but i'm hoping to feel better...lol

  1. Boiled Pigs blood lol really tasty hubby bought some so I had to eat it out of the way. Doner is lamb had to eat it out of the way too wasn't much of either but I managed to stretch it out the whole day and be nearly full.
