I finally got a good nights sleep!!!! I feel refreshed! Was suppose to get up early at 3am but that didn't happen!!! Way to sleepy.
Anyway, just going to wake up a little bit more... get ready to do my 1hr morning walk...
I wasn't very hungry yesterday... and missed my WOD... legs are really sore!
I ate lots of eggs yesterday... thats all I remember and I didn't have anything I wasn't suppose too...
Today was a blur!
