I am 2lbs lighter!!! Continuing to conquer this!!!
I fasted until 12:30pm... wasn't too hungry...
I have catch up today! 2 WOD's and didn't walk this morning...
B: beef,turkey,gammon,1 sausage/1-2 cups leeks & cabbage / 1 slim line tonic water
My appetite has really gone and I'm aching a lot...
I only managed to do 50 lunges before I had to quit...
I also have been really irritable so I know exactly what's going on!!! The once a month womanly thing is approaching...
The rest of the day I just had two 3 egg omlettes and a cup of beef broth...
not a happy camper!
